Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO GARMENTS

PURCHASED THROUGH THE Hodkinson Holdings ON-LINE STORE.

Your satisfaction is important to us. So we offer a return service for all our products.

Non-faulty stock

Should you change your mind we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  • The items are returned within 14 days within Australia or 21 days from other countries of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached.
  • Garments must not have been worn.
  • Return must accompany a Return Authorization number (RA) from the Customer Service department.
  • Hodkinson Holdings will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
  • Goods that are being returned for Refund or Exchange are to be sent back registered post at the buyers cost.

To obtain a RA number you need to contact our Customer Service department. Email to sales@hh-sports.com.au and they will instruct you on the return process. We will credit your credit card, excluding delivery.

If you are returning product from outside of Australia, please return via standard airmail. We will cover the cost of the return up to but not above standard airmail.

Faulty Stock

Hodkinson Holdings has a 1 year warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. To qualify for this you must have registered your details and date of purchase on our web site.

Your item has been carefully crafted with advanced technical innovations and attention to detail. We guarantee it. Should you find a fault with any aspect of material or workmanship please return it for assessment. The following steps must be taken.

  • The items with the original receipt or proof of purchase within 1 year.
  • Items must be washed and returned to us in a sanitary condition
  • Return must accompany a Return Authorization number (RA) from Customer Service department.
